Ossicular prosthetic with variable coupling surfaces

The prosthesis (10) has web elements (15) and radially outer portions (16), where a geometric configuration and a material of the web elements and the portions are selected in a coupling area (14) such that a permanent plastic deformation is controlled by stretching or pushing together the coupling area, the web elements and the portions in a plane of a plate shaped securing element (11) e.g. headplate. The portions lie opposite to each another in the plane of a ring and have an aperture (19) that passes through the plane of the outer ring area and is closed in the plane of the ring.
