Bush made from plastic
The invention relates to a bush (1), made from plastic for the moving connection of a cylindrical component, for example a pin, to a machine piece (20, 24), comprising a drilling, whereby the bush (1) is inserted in the drilling and the cylindrical component in the bush (1) such as to rotate and be longitudinally displaced relative to the bush (1). According to the invention, a self-clamping effect may be achieved, whereby a slot (6), running from one end to the other with the same width (9) over the entire length, the outer diameter (7) thereof being greater than the nominal diameter of the drilling but which may be reduced with a reduction in the width (9) of the slot (6) and, in the above condition with a bush (1) inserted in the drilling (15), a press seating fixing the bush (1) in the drilling is achieved between the bush (1) and the drilling by means of the return spring force of the bush (1).
