Simulation des nicht-linear viskoelastischen Werkstoffverhaltens von Kunststoffen mit dem 3D-Deformationsmodell
The material model used is the single most important influencing factor on the results of structural analyses (FEA). To describe the non-linear viscoelasticity of thermoplastics under multidimensional mechanical and non-isothermal loads the 3D deformation model was enhanced, mathematically adjusted and included into the FEA. The resulting simulation suitability was verified by means of isothermal and non-isothermal tensile tests.
