Modelling of the effective material behavior of textile reinforced composites
The present article gives a brief outline of the activities in the research group modelling and simulation within the collaborative research centre (SFB) 639 at Technische Universität Dresden. The work described focuses on the mathematical description and numerical computation of the effective material behaviour of locally heterogeneous textile-reinforced composites and on the structural analysis of the associated components.
