On the Curing Behaviour of Cold-Curing Thermoset Based Mortar Systems for Load Bearing Construction in Civil Engineering
In the scope of this work different cold-curing thermoset based mortar systems for load bearing constructions in civil engineering are investigated concerning their curing behaviour. The interrelationship between the degree of cure which depends on the curing conditions and the mortars’s short- and longterm as well as their thermo-mechanical behaviour is examined on the basis of mechanical testing. By means of DSC-measurements the reaction kinetics of one of the presented mortars is determined. The reaction kinetics can be fully described by a modified Kamal-Sourour-Model. Finally the necessary regression parameters are determined on the basis of multistep fitting by means of the Levenberg-Marquardt-algorithm. The presented investigations allow to accurately characterise the mortar’s reactivity and to simulate the resulting degree of cure that will occur in dependence of transient temperature profile at the building.Lesen Sie die deutsche Zusammenfassung auf Kunststoffe.de
