Zero Waste as Realistic Objective

Tschritter

At the booth of Tschritter GmbH, Dorfprozelten, Germany, visitors will be given the opportunity to see two specially designed roller dosage systems. The manufacturer states that 0 % waste is possible, both in micro injection molding as well as extrusion. In particular, the extraordinarily low quantities of < 0,01 g fed per shot make the cyclical WD1 dosing system interesting for injection molding and micro injection molding applications. One or several additives are dosed directly here on the machine and into the material flow. The other machine on display will be the simultaneous WD2 dosing unit designed for application in extrusion. At the same time, two or several different additives or granulates can be dosed directly onto the machine’s feed screw. Roll rotational speed can be infinitely adapted with both systems, making it possible to control the quantities fed into the machine. What is more, the systems are largely resistant to impact and vibration, and feature a control unit.
