Shorter and Shorter Design Cycles
Regloplas AG, St. Gallen, Switzerland, which has developed and manufactured temperature control units for over 50 years, has announced new, intelligent solutions for the current year. As an example, the company mentions optimization of flow through use of a closed loop-controlled frequency converter. This will now be available as a standard option for customers and represents a real energy-saving solution in the production process. The company intends basically to institute a modular product strategy in response to the growing demand for custom-tailored customer solutions with shorter and shorter design cycles.
The new RT100 control system for temperature control units, which is equipped with a user-friendly 3.5" TFT color display, is already being used successfully. The uncluttered screen layout features large displays that can be configured individually. Customers benefit from simple, straightforward operation based on a well-thought-out navigation concept with integrated knobs and pushbuttons. The control system offers precise temperature measurement and exact control of the supply, consumer and return temperatures as well as an open and flexible interface concept is already a standard feature throughout the entire product line.
