Slimline range of compressed-air dryers

Simple and Cost-effective

Slimline range of compressed-air dryers

The UK company Conair, manufacturer of peripheral units, is represented in Germany by HPP-Hahn Plastics Processing GmbH & Co. KG of Bickenbach. The machines featured include dryers, blenders and conveyors. The Slimline range of compressed-air dryers provides a cost-effective drying solution for low-throughput applications. The Slimline has no moving parts, is desiccant-free and energy consumption and maintenance costs are minimal.

The TrueBlend range from Conair offers the TB45 gravimetric blender specially for small extruders and injection molding machines. The TB45 blends colors and additives centrally or at the feed throat. This machine dispenses up to four components into a common weigh bin. The touch screen control monitors the quantity of each component and can document all the processes. Up to 50 recipes can be stored. Stick-slip-free valves control the amount of material dispensed.

The blender can be supplied for mounting on the feed throat with a manual shut-off valve or in a central blender design for mounting on a feed container with a pneumatic shut-off device. A conveyor control system for up to seven feed points can be supplied as an optional extra.
