Metering machines MicroLine and BaseLine
Hennecke GmbH, Sankt Augustin, Germany, presents new developments and improvements in the field of high-pressure metering machines for PU processing. The MicroLine is a model for precise metering of extremely small quantities. Typical applications can be found in, e.g., the automotive sector. At a minimum output rate of about 5 g per second per component, PU components for interior applications, such as gear-shift knobs, cable bushings or foam-backed small parts can be manufactured. The machine concept is based on the successful TopLine high-pressure metering machine. The MicroLine series is fitted ex-factory with an extensive range of standard features, including frequency-controlled motors, component conditioning and touch-screen control. The BaseLine high-pressure metering machines are also derived from the TopLine series. These machines, intended for smaller operations or newcomers to the PU sector, have been fitted with a new mixing head. The MT26 offers high discharge rates and is especially suitable for processing rigid foam. Compared to the former MX variant, the MT26 is also more lightweight with smaller dimensions.
