High-Quality Lacquers and Printing Inks
Berlac AG, Sissach, Switzerland, is expanding its existing solvent-based and UV-curing product portfolio to include water-based systems and industrial screen and tampon printing inks, allowing a complete concept to be offered in the field of high-quality lacquer and printing ink production. The market demands show that there is a need for coating solutions that are on the one hand compatible with one another, and on the other hand can be used with all common application methods. Berlac enables complete and compatible coating solutions, from the primer through to the printing ink, to be obtained from a single source. Solvent-based systems, for example, allow chrome-like surfaces in automotive quality to be produced, or carbon materials to be efficiently coated. The UV-curing dual-curing clear lacquer system is used for the protection and design of plastic and PVD-metalized surfaces. In addition to these two systems, the water-based systems and the screen and tampon printing inks will be presented to the fair visitors. In addition, the Weckerle Lackfabrik GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, as specialists for functional and decorative lacquers on plastics and metallic substrates, will be represented on the fair stand.
