A:Gran Series Recycling Lines

For Bulky Parts

The A:Gran 65 recycling line for 20–100kg/h pellet output (figure: Next Generation Recyclingmaschinen)

The A:Gran series from Next Generation Recycling Maschinen GmbH, Feldkirchen, Austria, specializes in recycling bulky and/or thick-walled parts, typically from waste from injection molding shops.

The size reduction of the plastic waste is performed as gently as possible by means of a massive shredder. The shredded material is then pressed against the shredder roll by pneumatic pushers. Following shredding, the material is then transferred to the extruder by means of a feeder.

All the parts are located close together to prevent further contamination of the material, and the shredding heat is efficiently utilized. The compact design allows the unit to be located even in inconvenient spaces.

All machine components (conveyor belt, extruder, pelletization etc.) are controlled from a centralized control unit. As a result, start-up and shut-down, as well as the possibility of discontinuous charging of the conveyor belt are maintained.
