HC03VRE Micro Vertical Injection Molding Machine
For High-Speed Molding of Precision Micro Parts
Plustech, Inc., the North American branch of Sodick’s IMM Division located in Schaumburg, IL, introduces the new HC03VRE Micro Vertical Molding Machine. Designed for the high-speed molding of precision micro parts, the HC03VRE achieves a dry cycle time of only 0.9 s.
Short cycle times are made possible using a mold clamping system that closes and clamps in a single motion coupled with a belt-driven table rotation. The electrically driven hybrid direct-pressure mold clamping system uses four tie-bars to ensure excellent alignment and high rigidity so that clamping force is applied uniformly.
The HC03VRE also features Sodick’s V-Line System which separates the plasticization and injection processes. This two-stage plunger system enables consistent measurement and injection, ideal for miniature / micro precision components. With a compact footprint of only 1625 mm x 1178 mm (63.9” x 46.4”), the HC03VRE has a 460 mm (18.1”) table and a clamping force of 3.3 tons.
