Wagner Acquires Reinhardt-Technik
J. Wagner GmbH, Markdorf, Germany, a surface technology supplier, has acquired the SME Reinhardt Technik GmbH & Co of Kierspe, Germany. This will enhance Wagner`s existing portfolio and expand the activities, particularly in the field of adhesive technology. The previous owners, Rainer Kunkel and Frank Carsten Fuhs, will stay on as Managing Directors.
Reinhardt Technik specializes in the field of bonding, sealing and potting, including injection molding, and boasts a range of metering and mixing machines which can be used to process hot and cold-forming single-component materials and multicomponent liquid plastics such as polyurethane, polysulfide, epoxy resins, silicone and LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber). All common process concepts are covered, from the pneumatic-driven piston pump through gearwheel systems to hydraulic-controlled piston metering systems. In addition, Reinhardt Technik supplies complete systems such as manufacturing cells with CNC handling or robots coupled with workpiece conveyor systems, whether as standalone solutions or part of a production line.
