rohima: Twice as Many Visitors

rohima, the trade fair for fibre-reinforced plastics, was held on 27th and 28th July in Globana Trade Centre at the Halle Airport, Leipzig/Germany. The organiser, the South German Plastics Centre (SKZ), was highly satisfied with the progress of the two-day event. With around 700 visitors on two days, the trade fair for fibre-reinforced plastics was almost twice as well attended as in 2004. A doubling of the exhibition area is planned for the next rohima. The future-oriented focus of the event, “closed systems” (closed injection processes, vacuum processes and RTM), confirmed the market growth and was received with great interest by visitors. Besides expert talks on current market issues, the trade fair also offered visitors the option of a live demonstration of the processes at a separate demonstration area.
