PTi: Staffing Upgrade
Processing Technologies International (PTi), a global manufacturer of high-performance sheet extrusion machinery, Aurora, IL, USA, has announced several new promotions as part of a staffing upgrade to meet its strategic growth plans.
Jim Johnson, a 50-year plastics industry veteran, will take on the new role of Senior Vice President-Technical Consultant. Johnson has served as a key technical advisor to PTi over the last eight years and will continue in that role. His primary responsibilities will include technical review of commercial proposals and advising PTi on application development.
Tom Limbrunner, an 18-year veteran with PTi, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Applications and Technology. Limbrunner has served in various roles at PTi including vice president of engineering, manager of mechanical engineering, and mechanical project engineer. In his new role, he will lead the newly reorganized Applications and Technology Group.
David Dorosa, a 15-year plastics industry veteran, has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering. Dorosa has served PTi for more than six years, most recently as director of electrical engineering.
