Nova Innovene: De-Bottlenecking of EPS Sites
Nova Innovene is de-bottlenecking all of its European expandable polystyrene (EPS) manufacturing sites. The EPS capacity will be increased from 350 to 410 kt, with addditional volumes coming on stream gradually over the next 12 months. According to the company, this decision was made as a reaction to the growing demand for EPS from all their customers. This demand growth is primarily driven by activity in the construction market, with insulation now being recognised as the most effective way of improving the energy efficiency of buildings, says Martin Pugh, Nova Innovene’s Managing Director.
