New Management for Emerell

Emerell AG, Sempach Station, Switzerland, the custom manufacturer for polymer specialties and high-quality adhesives, is outsourcing its non-manufacturing services into a new company. At the same time, Adrian Leumann is taking over the management of the company.

The independent manufacturing partner of producers and processors of polymer specialties and high-quality adhesives is outsourcing its non-manufacturing service areas to the newly created company Meraxo Consulting AG. This company provides advice and services in the areas of finance, real estate and business management and will be led by Angelo Collarin, until now CEO of Emerell AG.

Adrian Leumann (37) who is taking of the position of Collarin as CEO most recently worked for the innovation enterprise nolax.

Emerell was launched in 2013 as the first independent manufacturing partner for the industrial manufacturing of polymer specialties and high-quality adhesives. The international company has four sites in Switzerland and Germany and a total of 200 employees. Its technological areas of expertise are blown film and cast film extrusion, extrusion coating, polymerisation and chemical reactions as well as mixing techniques for liquid, paste-like and reactive products.
