Milacron COO to Resign
In an April 15 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission machinery manufacturer Milacron LLC, Cincinnati, OH/USA, announced that John J. Gallagher will resign from his position as Chief Operating Officer of Melt Delivery and Control Systems and Fluid Technologies effective May 15, 2016.
Gallagher has been instrumental in assisting with the Company’s plan to move from private to public status, contributing significantly to the management team that successfully accomplished both the Company’s initial public offering in June 2015 and the Company’s restructuring effort completed over the same period of time.
Gallagher joined Milacron in 2014, but he had served as a member of Milacron’s board of directors as chairman of the audit committee already since August 2012. Previously, Gallagher served as Chief Executive Officer of Stellar CJS Holdings, LLC, a privately held investment company. Prior to his service with Stellar CJS, Gallagher served in various senior executive capacities with Celanese Corporation from 2005 until 2009.
