M-Plas: Good Visitor Turnout in Malaysia
M-Plas 2007, which took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 29 March to 1 April and was organized by Messe Duesseldorf, welcomed 6,687 trade visitors form 35 countries. However, about 90 % of the visitors were from Malaysia.
Visitors at M-Plas were able to see some of the latest developments, innovations and solutions on plastic and rubber machinery, equipment, products and services presented by the 158 exhibiting companies from 18 countries, including national groups from Austria, Italy and Singapore.
By way of example, benefiting form the renewed strength in the Malaysian plastics processing sector was Wittmann Automation Pte Ltd. General Manager Jimmy Teo reported that the company sold two mould temperature controllers, two driers, and a robot on site at M-Plas.
Likewise satisfied with the exhibitions were representatives from Arburg Pte Ltd, Motan Pte Ltd and ExxonMobil Chemical Asia Pacific.
