In the Ningbo Chemicals Park on the east coast of China, a new high-tech plant for iron oxide red pigments is being built. The factory, which is oriented to the latest environmental standards, is planned for an initial capacity of 25,000 t/a. The investment volume is EUR55 million. Construction will begin in the second quarter of 2013. Production start is scheduled for the first quarter of 2015.
