High Density of Market Leaders at Rapid.Tech

The trade fair double issue Rapid.Tech & FabCon 3.D which will take place from 14-16 June in Erfurt, Germany, is heading again for a record participation. The organizers expect approximately 160 exhibitors, more than 4,000 visitors and more than 700 convention attendees from Europe and overseas. The trade fair and User Conference Rapid.Tech is aimed at users and developers of additive manufacturing technologies. Since 2013, it is flanked by the FabCon 3.D, which sees itself as a meeting place for creative start-ups as well as experts and industry leaders of the 3-D printing community.

Comprising Concept Laser, EOS, Keyence, Materialise, SLM Solutions, Stratsys and others the field of exhibitors is characterized by a high density of market leaders. During the convention top managers of Stratasys, Siemens and Volkswagen provide insights into current industrial applications and future concepts of Additive Manufacturing (AM) and the 3-D printing process in three keynote speeches. For the first time there will be forums for additive subcontracting, electronics and the automotive industry. Next to the established forums “Medical Technology”, “Construction”, “Aviation”, “Tools” and “Science” the new trade forums allow an intense professional exchange on specific AM topics. With the expanded conference program and the extended duration (from two to three days) Rapid.Tech accomodates the newest developments of the industry.
