Gerresheimer Wilden: Technical CompetenceCenter in the USA

In May 2009, Gerresheimer Wilden GmbH, Regensburg, Germany, is to open a Technical CompetenceCenter (TCC) at the U.S. site in Peachtree City, Georgia. This will allow the company to support its American customers locally through the entire process development until direct transfer of a product to series manufacturing locally. For the time being, product development itself will remain in the Technical CompetenceCenter in Wackersdorf, Germany.

To speed up know-how transfer between Germany and the U.S., a starting team of German specialists will be formed. In a subsequent step, they will train the U.S. staff to build up a stable independent organization.
