Frigel Reopens Facility in Germany

Frigel Firenze SpA, Florence, Italy, expands its presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Located in Rheinfelden, Germany, just outside of Basel on the Switzerland border, Frigel GmbH will provide sales, service and support for the company's advanced cooling systems for customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Frigel GmbH will be led by Markus Fischer, who brings over 20 years’ experience and a deep understanding of process cooling for plastics processors, in a market where alternatives to traditional cooling systems are in growing demand. Coming to Frigel from auxiliaries manufacturer, Motan, Fischer has built a reputation as an engineering professional who delivers important results in terms of operational excellence.

Based in Florence, Italy, Frigel Firenze SpA designs, manufactures and services advanced process cooling equipment for customers worldwide. Foremost among Frigel’s products is the Ecodry system, a unique, closed-loop intelligent cooling system, which is proven to dramatically reduce water and energy use and maximize production in thousands of installations. Frigel also provides high-efficiency central chiller units as well as a full range of precise machine-side temperature-control units to meet specific needs of diverse applications.
