CoreTech: Moldex3D Innovation Talent Award Contest

CoreTech System (Moldex3D), Hsinchu, Taiwan, announced the 2013 Moldex3D Innovation Talent Award Contest. In order to foster innovation and encourage new development for plastics industry, CoreTech System holds the contest to discover the talents mastering Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) for product design and development. The contest is divided into two categories, for professionals and for students, and open to industries, organizations, or students around the world. They have to share practical application cases of Moldex3D. Winning entries will be prominently featured on online publications and social media platforms to show potential customers and strategic partners the value and capabilities.

The submitted entry needs to be real cases with any module of Moldex3D simulation software for design verification and optimization. Content shown could be one detailed analysis of product application, or the integrated application of a series of products. Judging would occur in two rounds. During the initial judging, only the Concept Introduction Forms will be evaluated. Then, judges will use four criteria, creative expression, tool application, practical value, and overall performance, to evaluate all aspects of the entries. Registration deadline is October 11, 2013, and semi-finalists and final winners will be announced on October 18, 2013, and December 16, 2013, respectively.
