Ceresana Research: New Market Study on Plasticizers

“Plasticizers are among the best-selling chemicals,” explains Oliver Kutsch, CEO of Ceresana Research, Konstanz, Germany. “Worldwide demand for plasticizers will jump to more than 7.6 million t per year until 2018.” The market research institute is currently publishing a new market study on these indispensable additives. The study gives a concise overview of the different types of plasticizers. The plasticizer market is analyzed in detail: demand divided into types of plasticizers, revenues, and prices. This study focuses on the 18 countries with the largest demand. In addition, the most important application areas are analyzed one by one. The useful list of producers offers 213 profiles of the most important plasticizer manufacturers worldwide. The study is available in English or German.
