BASF: Aluminum Roof Secured with Anchors Made of Plastic
The red-silver aluminum roof (over 200,000 square meters in size) of the first Ferrari theme park in the world located in Abu Dhabi is secured with the aid of mounting brackets made of the plastic Ultramid from BASF SE, Ludwigshafen, Germany. The world’s largest metal roof was developed, manufactured and installed by the Interfalz company of Oranienburg, Germany.
