Asiamold 2015 with 3D Printing Asia Zone
The ninth edition of Asiamold – Guangzhou International Mould & Die Exhibition is confirmed to take place from 15–17 September 2015 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou and will showcase a comprehensive collection of supply chain and mold-making solutions and technologies.
The 2015 edition is expected to occupy 25,000 sqm of exhibition space and host over 400 domestic and international exhibitors. For the first time Asiamold will be organized in co-operation with Messe Frankfurt's formnext and Intermold Japan. The new formnext trade fair is focused on tool-making, mold-making, design, product development and additive manufacturing technologies.
3D Printing Asia Zone
Over the years, 3D printing has become popular in many industries for producing intricate designs with high precision. According to a Canalys’ report, by 2018, the global market for 3D printing, including 3D printer sales, materials and associated services, is expected to reach over USD 16 billion.
Acknowledging this market growth, the organizer of Asiamold is bringing back the 3D Printing Asia Zone as a key highlight of the 2015 edition. The zone will gather world-leading suppliers in rapid prototyping, CAD/CAM software development, 3D laser engraving and other related areas in one location. This helps manufacturing- and consumer-focused buyers to streamline sourcing.
