Fiber-reinforced plastic composites play a key role in future mobility. The biggest challenge at present is to develop material systems and processes that permit economic and efficient use of materials for large series production. The enormous potential of thermoplastic fiber-resin composite solutions for this is already emerging but also the claim that they explore new directions in processing.
