Film Production: System Options for Wafer-Thin Protection

A machine manufacturer is expanding its wide program of cast and blown film lines with a system for water-quenched blown film extrusion. This provides a unique system portfolio for the production of flexible packaging. The article presents these extrusion processes, their specific characteristics and the resulting application areas.
